Process Engineer

Position: Process Engineer at Mondelēz International
Shape manufacturing processes as a Process Engineer with Mondelēz International. Collaborate with line leaders to achieve key operational targets on the manufacturing floor.
As a Process Engineer, you will drive safety, quality, cost, and sustainability goals while coaching line teams in continuous improvement methodologies. Your hands-on role includes troubleshooting line issues, leading improvement initiatives, and enhancing team capabilities through training in Lean tools and statistical process control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets

• Coach line leaders in continuous improvement and Lean tools

• Analyze and resolve line issues with equipment ownership

• Participate in loss analysis and utilise PDCA strategies

• Lead Kaizen and visual control projects to reduce waste
Requirements:

• Strong background in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma

• Experience in a union environment coaching line teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in SAP, Windows, and Excel

• Relevant technical degree with Green Belt certification
