Elevate your career with the City of Hamilton as a Technologist focused on Water and Wastewater Capital Delivery. Oversee project coordination and documentation processes for essential municipal projects.
This temporary 12-month position plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Project Manager with the city's water infrastructure. You will manage various project documentation systems, provide support to contractors, and ensure efficient project execution. Experience in the water/wastewater field and strong organizational skills are key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations with contractors and internal staff
• Maintain project files and documentation systems
• Assist in audits by organizing project-related documents
• Participate in construction reviews and compliance assessments
• Respond to inquiries from contractors and staff
Requirements:
• Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of document management systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in project management activities
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence necessary
