As part of a dedicated transportation team, you will apply your engineering expertise to manage significant projects with public sector clients.
Your role includes directing roadway design efforts, managing project finances, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You'll oversee proposal development and maintain high safety and quality standards while nurturing team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design staff while managing multi-discipline project teams
• Execute financial management including budgets and client billing
• Develop comprehensive project proposals and schedules
• Collaborate with leaders to determine resource requirements
• Ensure compliance with quality management and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or LEL) in Ontario mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in roadway project management
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experienced in municipal road projects and MTO work
• Competency in proposal and report generation
Utilize your roadway design expertise to drive projects that improve transportation systems and enrich community connectivity.
