As a Procurement Manager with Aecon, you will focus on strategic procurement, ensuring compliance and developing integrated processes for the Hamilton LRT project. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor compliance with procurement standards for projects
• Create and establish integrated procurement processes
• Facilitate performance assessment meetings with teams
• Supervise procurement specialists and team activities
• Recommend improvements based on performance analysis
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in construction
• In-depth knowledge of negotiation techniques
• Proficient in multitasking and organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP
