Position: Water Security Project Manager Role
Lead SCADA and Operational Technology security initiatives as a Project Manager with the City of Hamilton. Ensure data safety across vital water treatment systems.

In this pivotal role, you will manage security strategies for SCADA systems, reporting directly to the Superintendent SCADA. Your expertise will shape the policies and frameworks necessary to maintain compliance with privacy laws and security protocols. Collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders, you will enforce security measures and provide essential training that addresses current threats to Hamilton's water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective security policies

• Conduct security risk analysis with staff

• Audit and address non-compliance systematically

• Represent operational needs in project design reviews

• Stay updated on security threats and solutions

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Solid understanding of SCADA/OT technologies

• Background in network infrastructure security

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
