Key Responsibilities:

• Validate automation processes and implement improvements

• Conduct process capability studies and root cause analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers effectively

• Generate process engineering documentation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• Over 5 years in process engineering for automation

• Experience with robotics and manufacturing processes

• Knowledge of quality systems like IATF 16949

• Familiarity with simulation software is a plus
