Validation Associate

Position: Become a Validation Associate at AstraZeneca
Join the AstraZeneca Group as a Validation Associate at Fusion Pharmaceuticals in Hamilton, ON and contribute to state-of-the-art precision oncology projects with a focus on compliance.

This role aligns you with the Senior Validation Lead, focusing on facility and equipment validation, along with computer systems validation. Your key tasks will revolve around engaging in the development of protocols and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Collaboration across departments will ensure that every aspect of the validation process is smooth and effective in creating meaningful outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Computer Systems Validations (CSV) development

• Develop and execute protocol qualifications for facilities and equipment

• Monitor Calibration and Preventative Maintenance schedules

• Work with stakeholders to maintain validation updates

• Provide timely project status communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a regulated industry

• Familiarity with validation in sterile drug manufacturing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• On-site work in Hamilton, ON is mandatory
