Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

• Achieve operational targets regarding safety and quality

• Co-coach teams in Lean tools and methodologies

• Identify and solve line issues effectively

• Conduct monthly and annual loss analysis

• Develop documents for continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Relevant engineering or technical degree

• Proven experience in continuous improvement practices

• Strong communications skills and detail-oriented

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing

• Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification
