Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize manufacturing layouts for better flow

• Lead the e3 Project Pipeline to meet targets

• Support tooling deployment and readiness initiatives

• Conduct production capacity assessments

• Collaborate with teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant diploma

• 5-10 years in an industrial engineering role

• Expertise in AutoCAD and layout design

• Proven project management experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
