Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot system-level manufacturing issues effectively

• Create and maintain essential manufacturing documentation

• Attend daily cell standup and MRB meetings

• Develop processes for WESCAM products, including PFMEA and control plans

• Conduct 8D root cause analyses and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• University degree or 3-year college diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Experience in high-tech assembly environments

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
