Junior Project Planner in Civil Infrastructure

As a Junior Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting effective project delivery by developing and maintaining schedules while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires you to analyze schedules for accuracy and assist in resource planning for major civil projects within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and integrate work scope for the overall project plan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules

• Analyze schedule variance and monitor performance metrics

• Prepare detailed progress reports for clients

• Collaborate with teams to modify and maintain schedule data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• 1–3 years of planning experience on major projects

• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and TILOS

• Strong problem-solving skills and accountability

• Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Synchro is a plus
