Elevate your career as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Specialist focused on maintaining and optimizing systems. This role involves hands-on design and programming, ensuring operational excellence in facilities.
The specialist will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Instrumentation & Controls systems while troubleshooting SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems. You will analyze, optimize control loops, and collaborate with maintenance teams to enhance plant performance with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems
• Collect and analyze data from control systems optimizing processes
• Repair, maintain, and install instrumentation equipment
• Partner with maintenance for critical work with minimal downtime
• Provide troubleshooting support for process control issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience with DCS, PLC systems
• Familiarity with Modbus and Ethernet/IP protocols
• Knowledge of process control instrumentation
• Ability to read P&IDs and control logic diagrams
