Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead multi-disciplinary engineering project teams

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario is essential

• At least 10 years of engineering experience

• Proven multi-project management skills

• Ability to travel to various client sites
