As part of the Operations Engineering team at L3

Harris’ Wescam, you will tackle various initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and operational flow. This multifaceted role requires collaboration across departments, where your ability to analyze metrics, recommend process changes, and implement continuous improvements will be critical. You will also play an important role in supporting our in-country assembly (ICA) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop models for diverse manufacturing products

• Assess equipment capacity and establish process efficiency

• Design layouts to optimize utilization and flow

• Oversee the e3 Project Pipeline for Operations Engineering

• Conduct thorough analyses to generate actionable metrics

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or diploma in Engineering Technology

• 5-10 years of industrial engineering experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD and design software

• Strong background in project management

• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and modern manufacturing processes
