Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in plant start-ups and operational optimization

• Develop production specifications and update procedures

• Analyze and propose equipment changes for better reliability

• Lead local projects and follow project management standards

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

• 1–5 years of engineering experience in industrial settings

• Capability to manage heavy equipment above 50 lbs

• Strong analytical skills for operational assessment

• Effective communication for technical problem-solving
