Mainspring Senior Engineer: Reliability Focus

Contribute to Mainspring Energy’s mission as a Senior Reliability Engineer. You will enhance power generation technology through rigorous testing and reliability analysis of electrical systems.

This position emphasizes managing design risks and implementing reliability protocols for Mainspring’s Linear Generators. Successful candidates will engage with dynamic engineering environments, tackling multi-system challenges with a focus on excellence without ego. You will utilize your expertise in reliability methods to ensure product performance meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute reliability testing including environmental assessments

• Prepare comprehensive and precise testing documentation

• Perform detailed failure analyses to identify root causes

• Guide engineering teams during the risk analysis phases

• Develop test plans in collaboration with design engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years testing experience in relevant fields

• In-depth knowledge of FMEA and CAPA processes

• Experience with data analysis tools like Python and Matlab

• Proficient in using testing equipment
