Key Responsibilities:

• Produce design packages, including diagrams and layouts

• Prepare concept reports and contract administration documents

• Conduct site surveys to assess existing conditions

• Perform electrical calculations for building systems

• Attend site meetings during construction with senior staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in buildings consulting engineering

• Proficiency in Revit MEP;
AutoCAD preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of low-voltage systems preferred
