Key Responsibilities:

• Lead land development projects following all phases

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Produce engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Conduct site visits and client meetings

• Drive business development and client relationship building

Requirements:

• P.E.O. registered with 7+ years of experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience

• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office

• Strong knowledge of municipal review processes
