American Iron & Metal is seeking a Mechanical Project Coordinator to assist with a variety of mechanical and industrial projects. This full-time position requires expertise in project management, mechanical systems, and contractor coordination. You will be instrumental in preparing cost estimates, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contributing to AIM's commitment to excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather project requirements and prepare initiation documents

• Develop and update project schedules using Microsoft Project

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and budget forecasts

• Source and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical or industrial projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD

• Valid Class G Driver's License with clean driving record

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
