Position: Engineering Role in Nuclear Manufacturing
Transform nuclear reactor manufacturing at Antares R&D in Torrance, CA as a Manufacturing Engineer I-II. Focus on special processes and team collaboration to enable rapid product development.

As part of the Antares team, you will take charge of developing and executing manufacturing processes that ensure both quality and efficiency in producing reactor components. This engineering role requires close collaboration with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing capabilities. You will conduct design reviews and address manufacturing discrepancies to refine processes over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of manufacturing processes for nuclear reactors

• Mature prototypes to production through structured workflows

• Analyze parts for manufacturability and corrective actions

• Evaluate and enhance existing manufacturing processes

• Facilitate training workshops for operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or physics

• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Experience with special processes and CAD tools

• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or similar systems

• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
