Project Coordinator in Civil Engineering

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the Civil Engineering & Construction Department laborate with Senior Project Managers and various stakeholders to keep projects aligned with safety, efficiency, and budget goals. Your experience will support the advancement of vital infrastructure and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather project requirements and prepare initiation documents

• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and budget forecasts

• Coordinate procurement activities and contractor management

• Conduct site reviews and provide project status updates

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 1–3 years of civil engineering or construction experience

• Valid Class G Driver’s License

• Strong Microsoft Office and AutoCAD proficiency

• Experience coordinating with contractors and regulatory agencies
