Senior Environmental Planner - Transportation Infrastructure

In this role, you will support transportation initiatives from our offices in London, Waterloo, Markham, or Hamilton. Your experience with environmental planning and permitting will be vital in managing assessments and engaging with diverse stakeholders. As a Senior Planner, you’ll mentor junior staff and lead critical aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support environmental planning for roads, rail, and transit projects

• Lead consultation programs and public engagement

• Manage environmental permitting and approvals

• Prepare high-quality technical documentation

• Mentor junior team members and support team collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in environmental planning, geography, or a related field

• 10+ years of environmental planning experience

• Strong writing and facilitation skills

• Proficient in project management

• Ability to navigate regulatory frameworks
