Key Responsibilities:

• Manage performance and development of engineering staff

• Drive initiatives for process optimization

• Lead product launches and engineering reviews

• Coordinate with other departments for project success

• Support Operational Level KPIs and AS9100 adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years experience

• Expertise in Electro-Optical manufacturing

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in comprehensive budgeting

• Green Belt Certification is a plus
