Become a pivotal part of Remote Robotic Systems as a Project Manager for Aerospace Development, located in Kanata, Ontario. Lead initiatives in developing next-gen uncrewed aircraft technology.

In this significant role, you will oversee the engineering program that defines our aerospace projects, ensuring that all teams work in harmony. Reporting directly to the CTO, your responsibilities will include structuring processes, managing schedules, and coordinating across various engineering disciplines. You will cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration while adapting to evolving project demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct schedule and critical path activities for programs

• Establish and maintain engineering processes to support development

• Facilitate coordination among multiple technical teams

• Guide design reviews and program prioritization efforts

• Oversee supplier and partner relationships throughout projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

• Hands-on experience in managing UAV or advanced tech programs

• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and engineering processes

• Proven track record in project management and team leadership

• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced aerospace environment
