Project Manager Aviation Sustainability at EXP

In this position, you'll work within our regional Aviation team on significant infrastructure projects across Canada and the U.S. Remote or hybrid options may be available. Your responsibilities will include supporting sustainability certification efforts and conducting renewable energy analyses while cultivating an extensive professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and designs

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement on sustainability initiatives

• Conduct renewable energy and carbon inventory analyses

• Synthesize research findings into actionable deliverables

• Create high-quality presentations and project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering or sustainability management

• 7+ years of relevant project experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Passionate about sustainable practices in the built environment

• Experience using AI to optimize workflows
