Plant Operations Senior Process Engineer

As part of the plant operations team, you'll report to the Manager and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on water and wastewater treatment projects.

Your role involves planning, design, and construction oversight while providing innovative solutions to meet operational challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including elected officials and the public, is essential to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage water and wastewater treatment projects effectively

• Provide engineering support for process optimization

• Develop and implement training programs for staff

• Conduct studies and initiate projects for facility improvement

• Prepare presentations for senior management and Council

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario

• Extensive knowledge of municipal water treatment practices

• Proven leadership and project management experience

• Strong communication and budgeting skills
