Take a pivotal role at KF Aerospace as an Avionics Shift Lead in Hamilton, Ontario. Lead a skilled crew while overseeing aircraft maintenance and ensuring safety compliance.
As a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a strong technical background, you’ll manage daily operations and supervise a team of AMEs and apprentices. This role requires proficiency in avionics, project management, and effective crew leadership to maintain high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise aircraft maintenance crews to ensure project completion
• Perform inspections and troubleshooting on aircraft systems
• Maintain effective communication with team and customers
• Enforce safety protocols and train crew members
• Manage time cards and project documentation accurately
Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada 'E' license
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication skills in a team environment
• Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations and aircraft types
