This position calls for a proactive engineer with a bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering who thrives in a multi-departmental team. You will leverage your knowledge of current farming practices and testing methodologies to enhance product capabilities. CAD proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is highly desirable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in design and test analysis
• Develop and schedule efficient test strategies
• Execute detailed plans for bench and field testing
• Produce comprehensive reports on findings
• Focus on quality and cost improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• Eligible for APEGS or SASTT registration
• Familiarity with hydraulic and electronic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
