As a Specialist Engineering Change Analyst, you will manage product structures and customer deliverable bills of material for sustaining and new product introduction programs. The position requires interpreting engineering drawings, technical documentation, and terminology while maintaining data integrity in product lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning systems. You will investigate configuration issues, analyze trends, and coordinate technical inputs across multiple functions to achieve closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and validate product bills of material and baselines
- Generate customer deliverable bills of material from established baselines
- Ensure accurate engineering data, part information, and documentation
- Investigate and resolve product configuration and bill issues
- Analyze change metrics, risks, trends, and recurring issues
- Bachelor’s degree with at least four relevant experience years
- Ability to interpret complex drawings, bills, and technical documents
- Knowledge of component, commercial part, and obsolescence management
- Strong independent judgment and problem-solving capability
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint working knowledge
