Step into a key role as the Live Events Booking Manager at Oak View Group, focusing on event coordination and enhancing client experiences within established venues. Collaborate with teams for optimal event management.

This role involves close collaboration with the Programming team and supports effective operations at First Ontario Concert Hall. You will handle all aspects of the booking lifecycle, maintain event calendars, and support client relations while identifying growth opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning and execution for live events

• Manage contracts, confirmations, and show files

• Engage with promoters and various internal departments

• Ensure accuracy in event details and timelines

• Offer necessary on-site support for events

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in events or booking management

• Solid organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Relevant experience with booking management software is advantageous
