Elevate game-day excitement with the Professional Women's Hockey League as a Fan Experience Manager. Oversee in-venue presentations, manage teams, and create memorable moments for fans during home games.
The PWHL is seeking a dedicated Game Presentation & Fan Experience Manager to lead all aspects of live events and fan engagement. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and ensuring brand consistency at every event. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high-energy experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of game-day production materials
• Manage game day staff including hosts and announcers
• Coordinate service contracts and payroll for production team
• Facilitate rehearsals and production meetings
• Oversee integration of entertainment technologies
Requirements:
• Experience in live event production or sports entertainment
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale events
• Strong knowledge of in-venue technologies
• Ability to motivate staff under pressure
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
