Step into the role of an energetic Skate Crew Member with the Hamilton Hammers, enhancing game-day experiences with your skating expertise. This seasonal role runs from September 2026 to June 2027.

As part of the Hamilton Hammers' Skate Crew, your primary focus will be maintaining the ice and creating an engaging atmosphere for fans. Proficient skating skills are a must, as you will facilitate both ice maintenance and promotional activities, playing a key role in game presentations. Your work will directly impact the overall fan experience during home games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shovel/scrape snow promptly during media time-outs

• Assist in organizing game-related events and activities

• Help with fan experience options and packages

• Maintain and organize Skate Crew tools and gear

• Complete additional game-day tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High-level skating experience required

• Must demonstrate quick stopping and maneuvering capabilities

• Commitment to at least 80% of home games

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Excellent communication skills in fast-paced settings
