Position: Cineplex Theatre Manager Leadership Role
Lead the team at Cineplex as a Theatre Manager, focusing on guest experience and operational excellence. Ensure the venue operates smoothly while managing a dedicated staff.

As part of Cineplex, the Theatre Manager plays a critical role in supervising all aspects of operations, including Amusement, Food and Beverage, and Guest Services. You'll ensure compliance with company standards and provide coaching to your management team. Key responsibilities also include planning events and implementing revenue-generating projects that support the brand’s growth in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across various departments

• Ensure adherence to company policies and checklists

• Manage execution of Groups & Events

• Train and develop venue management staff

• Analyze budget and revenue initiatives for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience managing teams in similar environments

• Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
