Event and Demo Coordinator

Position: Event and Demo Coordinator at Longo's

As a Loft Coordinator, you will take charge of coordinating all Loft events and in-store demo programs, ensuring excellence in customer service. You'll support special celebrations while also managing schedules for demonstrators. A strong understanding of financials and creativity in event planning are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Loft events, cooking classes, and community programs

• Schedule in-store demonstrators for effective demo programs

• Prepare food and beverage orders to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in event planning

• Strong understanding of financial targets and performance

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Knowledge of Food Safety and WHMIS practices
