Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll oversee day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You’ll work closely with operational teams to deliver actionable insights, develop KPIs, and ensure financial processes align with strategic objectives. Your leadership will directly impact profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Manage month-end close and oversee full-cycle accounting process.Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insightful analysis.Partner with operational teams to track performance, analyze margins, and drive profitability.Develop KPI dashboards for data-driven decision-making.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for short- and long-term planning.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability trends.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee and mentor finance team members, fostering growth and excellence.Collaborate on billing, cost tracking, and revenue recognition processes.Provide backup support for payroll, benefits, and pension administration.
