A large Insurance Company in Canada is seeking a Decision Support Consultant to support Insurance Advisors. This role emphasizes financial modeling, business case analysis, and FP&A reporting. Responsibilities include building financial models for advisor sales and compensation, analyzing contract changes, and preparing budgets. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field, a degree in finance or accounting, and advanced MS Excel skills.

This role offers a salary range of CAD $90,000-$110,000 and allows for 2 days a week in office.
