Finance Manager

Overview

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and support our expansion in the Energy and Telecom sectors. If you’re an experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, with insightful variance analysis.
• Work closely with Energy & Telecom teams to track performance, margins, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, including financial models for short- and long-term planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage external audit preparations and team development (AR, AP, reconciliations).
• Provide backup support for payroll, benefits, and pension administration.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• CPA designation with 10+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
