• The candidate will be required to provide personalized financial planning advice and solutions using RBC’s wide range of investment and portfolio options, including top proprietary and selected third‑party mutual funds.
• The candidate will be required to acquire and consolidate existing and new-to‑RBC clients and assets.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing clients to the correct RBC team members to address their needs.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and personal contacts.

• The candidate must hold a financial planning designation such as QAFP, PFP® or CFP®.
• The candidate must have a Mutual Funds license, either IFIC or CSC.
• The candidate must have prior experience of at least 2 years in financial planning.
• The candidate must have strong networking and client acquisition skills.
• The candidate must show ability to foster collaborative and supportive partner relationships.
• The candidate must demonstrate digital literacy and able to use mobile applications effectively.
