In this role with HUB Financial—a segment of HUB International—you will be vital in managing block transfers and liaising between brokers and insurance carriers. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate servicing records and contributing to team projects that enhance operational workflows. This position is designed for candidates who thrive in a detail-oriented and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Buy/Sell agreements and block reassignments
• Foster relationships with insurers to expedite requests
• Update and maintain records in Wealth Serv accurately
• Conduct follow-ups with carriers for transfer completions
• Support investigative efforts to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in insurance or MGA operations
• Strong detail orientation with data focus
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Collaborative and communicative mindset
• Experience with APEXA and Wealth Serv beneficial
