Position: In-Office Controller
Join an established company as a Controller in the Hamilton/Burlington area. This in-office role focuses on financial management and process improvements within a multi-entity setting.

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to report directly to the CFO. With over five years of experience in a similar role, you'll interpret financial results, oversee treasury operations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial processes. Your strategic input will be crucial in business planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate reporting following ASPE and regulatory standards

• Interpret financial results to advise on strategic improvements

• Collaborate with the CFO on annual operating plans and budgets

• Oversee compliance and internal controls within the finance department

• Facilitate efficient audit processes with external auditors

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment

• CPA designation required

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
