Member Services Representative

Join HMECU as a Member Services Representative in the newly renovated Limeridge Branch, Hamilton. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional banking services and building strong member relationships.

As a Member Services Representative, you will assist members with their banking needs while recommending tailored financial products and solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy and compliance. Your passion for excellent service will shine as you engage with members through various communication channels, helping them meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships by assessing member needs and recommending solutions

• Provide proactive financial advice via in-person, phone, and email

• Resolve member concerns with sound judgment

• Promote and upsell Credit Union products effectively

• Open and close member accounts accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year cash-handling experience

• Superior customer service skills in challenging situations

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Must be bondable
