As a Client Engagement Associate on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a Banking Centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain financial products, and connect clients with appropriate specialists. Your work will strengthen relationships and support banking centre success.
Key Responsibilities:- Help clients manage accounts and banking products
- Assist with transactions and basic banking product sales
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Identify specialist referral opportunities for client goals
- Resolve client issues through listening and accountability
- Client-first approach with meaningful engagement
- Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to accomplish goals
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy
- Digital savvy with adaptable technology skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
