Banking Centre Client Service Associate

Deliver client service at CIBC’s Banking Centre through account support, problem solving, and meaningful financial product conversations. This is onsite full-time work.

As a Client Engagement Associate, you will be the first line of support for everyday banking needs. You will listen carefully, gather information, and take accountability for client issues. You will explain relevant services, support product sales, and connect clients with CIBC team members who can help reach financial goals.
