The United Counties of Prescott and Russell are seeking members for the 2026 Municipal Elections Joint Compliance Audit Committee. Contribute your expertise in financial audits and campaign compliance.
This committee plays a crucial role in overseeing municipal elections by evaluating audit requests for candidates' campaign finances. Ideal candidates will have a background in public administration, law, or accounting and should demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience with government bodies. Committee members will review applications, appoint auditors, and determine necessary actions based on auditors’ findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate audit applications for campaign finances
