The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-informed care to patients with chronic kidney disease. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in nursing, with experience in nephrology, and a passion for patient-centered care. This role includes the development of care plans, monitoring dialysis treatment, and supporting patient education.
