  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation, including insurer-required reports
  • Communicate effectively with insurers, case managers, lawyers, and other healthcare providers when required
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and occupational therapists
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with regulatory college requirements
  • Provide evening appointments as part of the regular clinical schedule
What You Bring
  • Registration in good standing with one of the following:
College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
  • Specialized training and clinical experience in trauma-focused therapy
  • Experience working with MVA and WSIB populations is a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of insurance-based treatment models and documentation requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Evening availability is mandatory
Why Join BeWell?
  • Specialized Practice: Work with a client population you’re passionate about, within a team that gets it.
  • Collaboration & Support: Regular consultation, supervision, and team connection — you’ll never feel isolated in your work.
  • Clinical Growth: Ongoing professional development, leadership pathways, and opportunities to help shape new programs.
