This full-time position is essential in planning, implementing, and evaluating a wide range of culturally appropriate activities for residents. You will work closely with the Executive Director to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being while ensuring participation choices reflect their desires. Engage with families to foster community relationships and provide staff training.

• Monitor and evaluate program participation

Requirements:

• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
