**** Qualifications
* ** College program required with a focus on Nutrition, Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Management preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or Applied Food Science is preferred
* Eligibility for membership in Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM) is an asset
* Preferred experience with Nutrition interfacing programs
* 1 - 3 years practical and related experience with a minimum of one year on the job training
* Must be able to be self directed and self motivated
* Must have the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within given time restraints
* Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience with food safety and sanitation
* Must have conflict resolution skills
* Must be proficient with MS Office
* Must have understanding of WHMIS
* Experience in a unionized setting is an asset
* Must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

* Manage unit/department financial resources
* Perform corporate management responsibilities that support and advance SJHH's goals
* Develop, implement and maintain departmental procedures
* Ensure ingredient database is current for dietary compliancy
