In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing staffing and quality management while driving adherence to SJHH's goals. Candidates with a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Applied Food Science and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and improve departmental efficiency
• Ensure quality management within Patient Food Services
• Manage financial resources for nutrition services
• Develop departmental procedures to ensure compliance
• Keep ingredient database updated for dietary needs
Requirements:
• College or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of practical experience required
• Experience with food safety and MS Office
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Background in a unionized environment is a plus
