Joining the RC Discovery Biology team, you will take ownership of developing and optimizing tissue assays, including H&E staining and immunofluorescence. Your skills in handling tissue samples and performing image analysis will be vital to the therapeutic decision-making process. Collaboration across interdisciplinary teams will be key to the success of various oncology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize histology and imaging assays
• Execute automated IHC and IF staining protocols
• Analyze data using digital pathology tools
• Conduct imaging with radiopharmaceutical methods
• Maintain laboratory documentation and troubleshooting processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant life sciences
• Significant experience with tissue sectioning and immunohistochemistry
• Familiarity with automated staining technology
• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary settings
